Oscar night is dedicated to the elite personalities from film fraternity across the world, which brings them together to exchange accolades for their outstanding performances. More than receiving an award, being part of such glitterati is a biggest achievement. And, for designers, it is the irresistible dais to flaunt off their creations and drape the stunning actresses with their imagination.

It was sequins, metallic shades and whites that dominated the Oscar night 2013 with few actresses risking away with bold colors.

1)      Jennifer Lawrence:
Bagging the best actress award for Oscars 2013, Jennifer Lawrence looked stunningly beautiful and elegant in the Dior’s metallic creation that very well complimented her curves and gracefully carried her throughout the show. Though she had a slip up at the steps on her way to receiving the award, she managed it with ease and kept herself away from sympathy by adding humor to her “thanking speech”.


2)      Amanda Seyfried:
Known for her sensuous appearances, Amanda Seyfried compliments Oscar night 2013 with MC QUEENS’S pale sequenced gown exhibiting delicacy and gracefulness. She justifies the couture look with a key-hole neckline and semi flare floor length gown. The subtle embroidery added intensity to the dress while the fine detailing signified her eternal look.


3)      Jessica Chastain:
Jessica walks down the red carpet flaunting the Armani’s gold metallic Creation. Inspired from dove, yet another train gown from pastel family has a feathery look and was definitely a winner for the night for its simple yet gorgeous detailing.  This is truly a couture that would not let you take your eyes off as you would be lost in admiring its finely crafted embellishments, leaving no space for flaws to critics.
